How does an audio guestbook hire work?

It’s super simple and fun!

  1. We customise your order: You create a custom voicemail for your guests to listen to, and any special requests for your instruction signage, and we get it ready to go!

  2. We get you set up to make memories: Your audio guestbook arrives at your venue (if you’ve ordered a phone booth combo, we deliver it to you). Set it up, turn the audio guestbook on, and you’re ready to go!

  3. You have a party, your guests leave messages: Your guests pick up the phone, hear your custom greeting, and record their messages—whether it’s sweet, funny, or heartfelt, or anything in-between!

  4. We Handle the Rest: After your event, we collect everything, edit and engineer the messages into a HD audio file, and send you all the recordings in a digital format to cherish and share!

It’s an easy, unique way to capture memories from your special day!

How long is the hire period?

Our standard hire period covers your entire event. We know some of the best messages are left by your guests towards the end of the night, at the end of your epic party, and we wouldn’t want you to miss those! We will work with you to ensure you have everything you need before your guests arrive to create great memories!

Are there any additional costs?

We don’t like sneaky fees, to the costs you see on the website cover the whole cost of the audio guestbook hire service. There are just two exceptions - if your event is being held more than 50km away from Perth there is an extended delivery/pick-up fee; and if you would like your audio guestbook file recorded onto a vinyl record.

How soon after the event will I receive the recordings?

You’ll typically receive your compiled HD audio messages within 3 days after your event. We provide them in a digital format so that you can easily share them with friends and family.

For the custom vinyl add-on, this normally takes 7-10 days.

How far in advance should we book?

We recommend booking as soon as you know your event date to secure availability. Popular dates and seasons fill up quickly, including long weekends, spring and summer seasons, which are very popular for weddings.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change, and we strive to offer flexibility while ensuring that we can continue providing our services. Our cancellation policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations made more than 8 weeks (56 days) before the event date:
    Clients are eligible for a full refund of all payments made.

  • Cancellations made within 8 weeks (56 days) of the event date:
    Unfortunately, all payments are non-refundable at this point, as we have reserved your booking and made preparations to deliver our services.
